Organizational Items <br />A-1 2006 Board Membership <br />The Shoreview City Council reappointed Jeff DeZellar for another three-year term, which <br />will expire on 12/31/07. <br />Roseville Board members for 2005: <br />1. Rick Brasch term expires 12/31/05 <br />2. Tracy Mogg term expires 12/31/05 <br />3. Rouse Farnham term expires 12/31/06 <br />Shoreview Board members for 2005: <br />1. Gene Soderbeck term expires 12/31/06 <br />2. Jeff DeZellar term expires 12/31/07 <br />A-2 Election of Officers <br />xx moved to appoint xx as 2006 Chairperson, xx seconded.
