With in-kind donations of labor and equipment it was thought that the cost <br />could come down to $50.00 per foot. The Board members agreed to further discuss these <br />findings/suggestions as a function of the Proposed 2006 Budget. The meeting returned to the original <br />agenda. <br />A. Organizational Items <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes for July 28, 2005. <br />The meeting minutes from July 28, 2005 were reviewed and it was the consensus of the <br />Board to approve the minutes without any modifications. <br />B. There was also discussion regarding potential Minnesota <br />Department of Health (MDH) concerns for storm water treatment within defined wellhead <br />protection areas. Aichinger indicated that he believed the concerns were more related to drinking <br />water supplies outside of the immediate Twin City Metro area. <br />B-2 Financial Report <br />Maloney reviewed the financial report as provided by Roseville's Finance Department and noted <br />the fund balance.
