Soderbeck moved to approve the Minutes of the October 22, 2003 and November 19, 2003 meetings, Mogg seconded. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0. A-4 2004 Scheduled Meeting Dates The Board will continue to meet quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the month, beginning at 5 p.m., Shoreview City Hall, lower level meeting room. The 2004 meeting dates are January 22, Apri122, July 22 and October 28, 2004. Soderbeck moved to approve the above 2004 GLWMO meeting dates and locations. DeZellar seconded. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0. A-5 Recognition of Retiring Board Member The Board asked that staff prepare a Letter of Appreciation for retiring Board member Tom Landwehr. It was determined that Board the Chair (Brasch) to co- present the plaque with the Shoreview Mayor at a future City Council meeting. DeZellar moved to prepare the Letter of Appreciation (plaque), Brasch seconded. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0. A-6 Distribution of GLWMO Materials Brasch noted that it would more helpful if the agenda packets, especially the previous meeting minutes, were distributed sooner after a meeting. There was discussion about how to get assignments out to Board members and staff in a timely manner. It was decided that there should be a goal of 2-3 weeks for the distribution of draft meeting minutes, and that the minutes should reflect work assignments specific to items discussed. (The "action items" have been added to the end of these minutes. I would appreciate feedback on the format - mj m) B. Correspondence & General Information B-1 Correspondence received by the GLWMO since the October 25, 2001 meeting Facets of Freshwater, December 2003 Terry Noonan, Ramsey County Public Works, Preliminary Plan, West Vadnais Outlet, December 2003 Bloom (for Schwartz) provided an update of development activities in Roseville including a residential property on Lake Owasso and another property near the intersection of Co. Rd. C and Rice Street (Mogg property). Maloney commented on the progress of the West Vadnais Outlet project and that it didn't appear that any cost sharing would be required of GLWMO. B-2 Correspondence sent by the GLWMO since the October 25, 2001 meeting None.
