Minutes/June 16, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />B-3 Financial Reporting with BWSR <br />The Board discussed recent correspondence with Mr. Steve Woods, BWSR, <br />indicating their request for past GLWMO financial reports, specifically current <br />and past years' budgets and expenditures. It was suggested that perhaps financial <br />reporting could be added to the WMO's Report Card form for future years. <br />B-4 Report Card Forms <br />The following suggestions/observations were made regarding the Report Card <br />forms: <br />- make them year specific <br />- note mandatory, discretionary (extra credit?) areas for compliance <br />- compile all comments, print and forward to the City Councils, Ramsey <br />County, BWSR and post on Web <br />C. Adjournment <br />DeZellar moved to close the GLWMO meeting of June 16, 2004, Mogg <br />seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br />
