August 14, 2003 <br />Page 3 <br />There was discussion regarding the continued high water level of Grass Lake, <br />and the progress that Ramsey County made toward repair of the outlet weir on <br />Lake Wabasso. <br />D-2 Discussion Items <br />Roster Update -All members verified/updatedthe information on the roster. It <br />was requested that the status of the Board member's terms be e-mailed in <br />advance of the next meeting. <br />Work Program Revisions -There was an update from Roseville regarding the <br />status of the Charlie Pond Sedimentation Removal effort. It was suggested that <br />time be set aside at the next meeting to specifically review Plan implementation <br />items identified for 2004. It was further suggested that a format for <br />tracking/modifying work program items be developed. There was discussion <br />about the staffing limitations given the resources available at Shoreview and <br />Roseville, and there was discussion about the potential for astudent/intern to <br />help get some of the new initiatives off the ground. <br />Web Site -Soderbeck suggested that the Board members refer to Ramsey-Metro <br />Watershed's web page for additional content (West Nile info) that could be <br />linked to the GLWMO site. There was discussion regarding the future <br />hosting/support for web activities -Maloney was going to report back at next <br />meeting. Soderbeck and Brasch volunteered to be a Web Subcommittee, and <br />identify high and medium web page priorities at the next meeting. It was decided <br />that further direction on web page content would be addressed as an agenda item <br />at the next meeting, in the context of the 2004 Work Program review. <br />Roseville Leaf Compost Facility -Schwartz gave an overview of recent dialog at <br />the City of Roseville concerning potential storm water modifications that were <br />suggested for the Compost Facility. It wasn't clear whether further clarification <br />of GLWMO's goals, objectives or standards was necessary. <br />E. Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. <br />mjm/ <br />
