August 14, 2003 Page 3 There was discussion regarding the continued high water level of Grass Lake, and the progress that Ramsey County made toward repair of the outlet weir on Lake Wabasso. D-2 Discussion Items Roster Update -All members verified/updatedthe information on the roster. It was requested that the status of the Board member's terms be e-mailed in advance of the next meeting. Work Program Revisions -There was an update from Roseville regarding the status of the Charlie Pond Sedimentation Removal effort. It was suggested that time be set aside at the next meeting to specifically review Plan implementation items identified for 2004. It was further suggested that a format for tracking/modifying work program items be developed. There was discussion about the staffing limitations given the resources available at Shoreview and Roseville, and there was discussion about the potential for astudent/intern to help get some of the new initiatives off the ground. Web Site -Soderbeck suggested that the Board members refer to Ramsey-Metro Watershed's web page for additional content (West Nile info) that could be linked to the GLWMO site. There was discussion regarding the future hosting/support for web activities -Maloney was going to report back at next meeting. Soderbeck and Brasch volunteered to be a Web Subcommittee, and identify high and medium web page priorities at the next meeting. It was decided that further direction on web page content would be addressed as an agenda item at the next meeting, in the context of the 2004 Work Program review. Roseville Leaf Compost Facility -Schwartz gave an overview of recent dialog at the City of Roseville concerning potential storm water modifications that were suggested for the Compost Facility. It wasn't clear whether further clarification of GLWMO's goals, objectives or standards was necessary. E. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. mjm/
