GRASS LAKE WATER MANAGEMENT <br />ORGANIZATION <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />February 26, 2002 <br />Roll Call: <br />Members present: Kent Kokko <br />Tom Landwehr <br />Gene Soderbeck <br />James Stark (arrived 5:30pm) <br />Members absent: Vacancy <br />Staff present: Mark Maloney -Shoreview <br />Duane Schwartz -Roseville <br />A. Organizational Items <br />A-1 2002 Board Membership <br />The Board reviewed membership terms for both cities, and anticipates filling the <br />one vacancy for Shoreview by the meeting date of April 18, 2002. A roster of <br />2002 Board members was included in the packet. <br />A-2 Election of Officers <br />Kent Kokko was appointed 2002 Chairperson. <br />Soderbeck seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 <br />Tom Landwehr was appointed 2002 Vice-Chairperson. <br />Soderbeck seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 <br />The Board will continue to recognize Roberts Rules of Order. <br />A-3 Approval of Minutes for October 25, 2001 <br />Kokko moved to approve the Minutes of the October 25, 2001 meeting, <br />Soderbeck seconded. Ayes: 2 Nays: 0 Abstain: 1 <br />A-4 2002 Scheduled Meeting Dates <br />The Board will meet quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the month, beginning at <br />5 p.m., Shoreview City Hall, lower level meeting room. It was noted that this <br />meeting replaced the meeting originally scheduled for January 31, 2002. In <br />addition, the next meeting was rescheduled from Apri125 to April 18, 2002. The <br />other 2002 meeting dates remain the same -July 25 and October 24, 2002. <br />Soderbeck moved to approve the 2002 GLWMO meeting dates and locations, <br />with changes. Landwehr seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 <br />
