REPORTS C-1 The Board discussed the five RFQs received from area consultants to prepare GLWMO's 2nd Generation Watershed Management Organization Plan. Following a review of potential selection criteria and procedures, the Board agreed to meet at 5:00 on Thursday February 4, 1999 at the Roseville City Hall to continue the selection process. Prior to the meeting, each Board member and Staff are to develop a scoring system, rank each firm in order of preference and be prepared to support their recommendations. At the February 4, 1999 meeting, all rankings will be reviewed. If appropriate, a final consultant selection will be made.
