ORGANIZATIONAL ITEMS <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes of Apri122, 1999 <br />Soderbeck moved to approve the Minutes of Apri122, 1999 <br />Stark seconded. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0 <br />A-2 Staff Reports on Major Construction Projects affection GLWMO: <br />Keel of Roseville reported the Dale Street Pathway project and the Woodlynn Avenue <br />Pond project. The board expressed an interest to include a discussion of projects like the <br />Woodlynn Avenue Pond in the second-generation plan as an example of retrofitted <br />facilities. <br />2. Maloney of Shoreview reported on developments within Shoreview affecting the <br />GLWMO. <br />B.
