<br />/dd L/6l7rJ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, l>1innesota <br />October 28, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th <br /> <br />day of October, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields, and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Also present were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; Will <br />Converse, Village Attorney; Sherman Goldberg, Village Public Works <br />Director; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, Village Consulting <br />Engineers; and Fred N. peterson, Jr. of Peterson & popovich, village bond <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publicationCtOntSul- <br />an s <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Drainage Improvement No. <br /> <br />68-11 in accordance with the resolution adopted September 16, 1968, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village i~nager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all af- <br /> <br />fected property owners, which certificate was examined and found <br /> <br />to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br />
