<br />~ 1/tJtJ, <br /> <br />Extract. of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of ROReville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />November 18, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 18th <br /> <br />day of November, 1968, at 7:30 o'cloc~ p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />curley, Grauel and ~1nebarger. <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />councilman Shield. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. w-68-28 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted October 14, 1968, Which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The VillaeJe Manager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property QWners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was d~rected . to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br />
