EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 18, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevil1e, Minnesota, on Monday, November 18, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger and Grauel and the following was absent: Councilman Shields Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 4085 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Galtier Street between County Road B-2 and Transit Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, street and concrete curb and gutter filed with the Council on November 18, 1968, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conforJung to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 as amended. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all con- venient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ~rember Curley and upon vote being taken thereon the follow- ing favored the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None. ~~REUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
