<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 18, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Rosevil1e, Minnesota, on Monday, November 18, 1968, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Linebarger and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4085 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Galtier <br />Street between County Road B-2 and Transit Avenue by the <br />installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, street <br />and concrete curb and gutter filed with the Council on <br />November 18, 1968, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. <br />This declaration is made in conforJung to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 as amended. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director <br />and he is instructed to report to the Council with all con- <br />venient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~rember Curley and upon vote being taken thereon the follow- <br />ing favored the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />~~REUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
