<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVH.'lBER 18, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, November 18, 1968, at <br />7: 30 p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Linebarger and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4088 <br /> <br />\~REAS, the Roseville Council on September 16, 1968, passed <br />Resolution No. 4025 requesting the County of Ra~sey to designate <br />County Road B-2 between Snelling and Hamline Avenues as a County <br />State Aid highway; <br /> <br />fu~D WHEREAS, Ramsey County in their resolution 9-9395 dated <br />November 18, 1968, designated such County Road B-2 from Snelling <br />Avenue to Hamline Avenue as a County State Aid highway; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville that: <br /> <br />1. The Village of Roseville concur in the designation of <br />County Road B-2 from Snelling Avenue to Ham1ine Avenue <br />as a County State Aid highway <br /> <br />2. That the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign a contract <br />with Ramsey County for construction of this section of road. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Linebarger and upon vote being taken thereon all <br />present voted in favor and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
