<br />H-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Twin City Mack Truck's request for TWIN CITY
<br />vacation of the north half of County Road C-2 right-of--way, lying east of Long MACK TRUCK
<br />Lake Road/Partridge Road and west of I-35W be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, December 16, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />H-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the proposed modifications to the TIF DISTRICTS
<br />existing tax increment financing plans for Tax Increment Districts 1-14 and 16 1-14 AND 16
<br />and to the development program for Development District 1 for consistency
<br />with the City's Comprehensive Plan be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, December 16, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />H-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a public hearing concerning the creation TIF DISTRICT
<br />of Tax Increment Financing District 15 and a Tax Increment Financing Plan 15
<br />related thereto be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />December 16, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />H-4 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9358, directing the County RESOLUTION
<br />Auditor to levy unpaid water, sewer, and other City charges for payable 1997, 9358
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />H-5 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1175A, adding a new Chapter .ORDINANCE
<br />108 and amending certain sections of Chapters 201, 405, 406, and 703, be 1175A
<br />adopted Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />The appointment of Council Members to the Zoning Code Revisions Study
<br />Committee will be made at the time of annual appointments in January, 1997
