The <br />following items are a transfer of ownership application, and a new <br />license application awaiting council action. <br />New <br />Dale Street Spur <br />2151 N Dale St <br />Gasoline Station <br />Sale of Cigarettes/ <br />Tobacco Products <br />(Formerly B-Dale Spur) <br />Boy Scout Troop #401 <br />Sale of Christmas Trees <br />(At Lake Josephine Dairy <br />Queen - 3070 N Lexington) <br />FISCAL IMPLICATIONS <br />2'he correct fees have been paid to the City at the time the <br />applications were made. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The City staff has reviewed the applications and has determined <br />that the applicants meet City requirements. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion approving the above listed license applications for the <br />year ending June 30, 1997. <br />
