EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Johnson and the following were absent: Klausing Councilmember Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10797 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RICE STREET/ TH 36 BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted February 8, 2010, received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the Rice Street/ TH 36 Bridge Reconstruction Project. WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on March 22, 2010, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report. 2. -Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 22, 2010. 3. The City of Roseville will work with Ramsey County on this Ramsey County led reconstruction project. 4. Ramsey County shall complete the final plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 5. The City Engineer will review the plans and specifications to ensure they represent the items included within the Feasibility report for this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Johnson and the following voted against the same: None.
