<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 25, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 25, 1968, at <br />7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor :1011, Councilmen Curley, Graue 1, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent. None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Re solution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 40~O <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, by Resolution No. <br />assessed the hereinafter described real property the sum of $940.00 <br />for storm sewer assessment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a re-hearing on said assessment was held <br />on November 25, 1968, at 7:30 p.m., and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Village Council <br />that an error in the original assessment occurred, said assessment <br />should have been $800.00 and not $940.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The assessment of the following described <br />real property, to wit: <br /> <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 46, except the West <br />100 feet and the North 86.488 feet of Lot 3, <br />Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, <br /> <br />is hereby reduced from $940.00 to $800.00. <br />
