Roll Call & Introductions: <br />Chair Bakeman & Board Members Boerigter & Doherty. <br /> <br />3.Public Hearing: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a.Planning File 3593: <br /> Request by Michael Thienes, 284 McCarrons Boulevard South, for a <br />1-1/2 foot VARIANCE <br /> to Section 1012.02B3 of the Roseville City Code to allow the <br />installation of an 8 foot tall fence in the rear yard. <br /> <br /> <br />b.Planning File 3596: <br /> Request by Rose of Sharon (Kinderberry Hill Child Care), 2360 <br />10 foot VARIANCE <br />Lexington Avenue, for a to Section 1009 of the Roseville City Code <br />to allow the installation of a monument sign 5 feet from the property line adjacent to <br />Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />c.Planning File 3597:2 <br /> Request by Frank Konstantinides, 1911 Dellwood Avenue, for a <br />foot VARIANCE <br /> to Section 1012.02B3 of the Roseville City Code to allow the <br />installation of an 8-1/2 foot tall fence in corner side yard adjacent to Roselawn Avenue. <br /> <br />4. Procedures: <br /> On April 4, 2004, the Variance Board adopted an interim set of operating <br />procedures. At the same meeting, the Board continued to the next meeting the need to discuss, <br />modify (if necessary) and approve a final set of operating procedures. <br /> <br />5.
