<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 25 I 1968. <br /> <br />** * * * * * * ************ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota I was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 25, 1968: <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />The follOWing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the follOWing members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />M ember Cur ley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4091 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village may have an easement to construct <br />snow fences on certain real property described in the attached Exhibit <br />"A", and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that said easement <br />is of no value or any use to the Village or public, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign <br />on behalf of the Village a Quit Claim Deed, copy of which is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the SarrB: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
