Public Hearing: <br /> <br /> <br />a.Planning File 3668: Request by Benjamin Levitz for a VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B2 <br />of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a 5 foot tall fence in portion of the <br />front yard of property at 1465 Roselawn Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />b.Planning File 3671: Request by Brent Huberty, 900 Grandview Avenue, for a VARIANCE <br />to Section 1004.016 of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a detached <br />accessory structure 14 feet from the property line adjacent to Nancy Place. <br /> <br />5.
