<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 25, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due calland notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 25, 1968, at <br />1:-36) p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4092 <br /> <br />WHEREAS I the Village has acquired the following described <br />real property by condemnation described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands <br />Subj to Sth 10 and Ex E 490 it of Part N <br />of the S 266 ft part of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 S <br />of Co Rd C in Section 3, Townblock 29 I <br />Range 23, <br /> <br />Property Identification No. 79-0030-050-77, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has the following assessments <br />levied against that property: <br /> <br />1. Sanitary Sewer No. 2 <br />2. Two water improvement assessments <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
