EX1RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 16, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Hinnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 16th day of December, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 4094 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville lying generally between Western Avenue, Rice Street, Minnesota Avenue and Brooks Avenue extended, by installation of storm sewer, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCI L OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed imp~oven~nt is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion was seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
