<br />EX1RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 16, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Hinnesota, was duly held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 16th day of December, <br />1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Linebarger, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4094 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village <br />of Roseville lying generally between Western Avenue, Rice Street, <br />Minnesota Avenue and Brooks Avenue extended, by installation of storm <br />sewer, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCI L OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed imp~oven~nt <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
