<br />Extract o~ Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday the sixteenth <br /> <br />day of December, 1968, at 7:30 olclock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: t1ayor Holl, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4095 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN UTILITIES <br />IN WESTERN HILLS NO.4 ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con Incorporated, as developers, have platted Western Hills No. 4 <br /> <br />Addition and therein dedicated certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions of <br /> <br />Village Ordinance, have undertaken to construct and install sanitary sewer, watermain <br /> <br />and storm sewer in said streets within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />MACKUBIN STREET from County Road C to Woodhill Drive <br />COUNTY ROAD C from Cohansey street to Mackubin street <br />WOODHILL DRIVE from Mackubin Street to Kent Street <br />KENT STREET from Woodhill Drive to Iona Lane <br />DALE STREET from Woodhill Drive to County Road C <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con Incorporated have submitted and also made their request for <br /> <br />approval and the final acceptance of said utilities by the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Public Works Director has examined and inspected said <br /> <br />utilities and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said <br /> <br />utilities have been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the <br /> <br />Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said utilities by the Village. <br />
