<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 16, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 16, 1968, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor rlo11, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4090 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />has been advised by the Attorney General's office of the State of <br />Minnesota that it is not feasible to proceed as a participant in the <br />class action referred to in Roseville Resolution No. 3074 in view of <br />the fact that less than $5,000.00 in steel purchases can be documented <br />by the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Re solution No. 3074, heretofore enacted by the Village <br />Council, is hereby revoked and repealed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />
