EXTRACT OF :HNUTES OF il,'1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILh~GE OF ROSEVILLE, tlliLD DECEMBER 16, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, \Vas duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 16th day of December, 1968, at 7:30 P.H.
