EXTRACT OF ~UNIJfES OF ~ETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECE~rnER 16, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, ~tinnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 16, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Shields, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: None Member Linebarger introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 4098 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has entered into a contract with the City of Saint Paul for the discharge of the sewage system of Roseville into the sewage system of the City of Saint Paul, and; WHEREAS, by the terms of said contract, Roseville is prohibited from allowing sewage to be discharged into its system beyond de- signated areas until such is approved by supplemental agreement between Roseville and the City of Saint Paul, and; WHEREAS, the Village of Shoreview intends to discharge into Roseville sewage collected from certain areas outside of the authorized limi ts of service designated in the contract between Roseville and the City of Saint Paul; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville hereby apIX'oves including in the areas to be served by sanitary sewers coming from the Village of Shoreview, the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A". 2. This increase in the authorized limit of service is upon the following conditions: A. A supplemental agreement shall be prepared between the Village of Roseville and the City of Saint Paul, in accordance with the terms of the contract between Roseville and St. Paul. All costs incurred by Roseville, including legal and engineering costs, in preparing the supple- mental agreement shall be calculated by Roseville and paid by Shoreview.
