<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 16, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 16, 1968, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />i'layor [-loll, Counei Imen <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4099. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the Cooperative Fire and Emergency Service <br />Agreement, copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "I" , <br />and made a part hereof, on behalf of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the folloWing voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON I the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
