Resolution No. 41 (cont'd) This Certificate of Indebtedness is one of an issue in the total principal amount of $38,000.00, all of like date and tenor, except as to maturity, which certificate has been issued pursuant to and in full conformity with the constitution and laws of t he State of Minnesota, including section 412.301 M.S.A., for the purpose of providing money for the acquisition of fire and street equipment for the Village. This Certificate constitutes a general obligation of the Village, and to provide moneys for the prompt and full payment of said principal and interest when the same become due the full faith and principal and interest when the same becomes due the full faith and credit of said Village have been and are hereby irrevocable pledged. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED that all acts, conditions and things required by the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota to be done, to happen, and to be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this Certificate of Indebtedness have been done, have hanpened and have been performed, in regular and due form, time and manner as reauired by law, and this Certificate of Indebtedness together with all other debts of the Village outstanding on the date hereof and the date of its actual issuance and deli very, does not exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation of indebtedness.
