<br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
<br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly
<br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, December 20, 1960,
<br />at 2:00 P.M.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees
<br />Carlson, Flanagan, Shields and Whitbeck. The following were absent: None
<br />
<br />Trustee Flanagan then introduced and moved the adoption of the
<br />following resolution:

<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PROJECT NO. 10
<br />
<br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer
<br />Improvement No.3, Project No. 10 according to the plans and specifications
<br />thereof on file in the fofice of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were
<br />received on December 16, 1960 at 11:30 O'clock, A.M. opened and tabulated
<br />according to law and the following bids were received complying with the
<br />advertisement:

<br />Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, at the tabulated price
<br />of $112,321.50,

<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
<br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
<br />enter into a contract with Peter Lametti Construction Co. for $112,321.50
<br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
<br />No.3, Project No. 10, according to the plans and specifications thereof
