I f'., "f I Extract of Minutes ef Meeting of the V:hllage CouFloil Village of Rosev3:11e County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regllar n~eting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 N. Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Friday, the 20th day of January, 1961, at 8:00 P. N. The following members we-represent: Ha;)TOr Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Shields, McGee, and Reinecke; and the follo~dng were absent: None. Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT 0 F ASSESSiviENTS AS TO SANITARY SEI-'JER HIPROVEr-fENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: t1HEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 as finally ~mended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportion- ment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessmeents for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and \~EREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll a s amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requ~res that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1961 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village CounciL of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assess- ments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as a mended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Stuber Addition' Lot 9, Block 3 $2,324.20 .
