"... ::~C:~ __ .:0. )~lL~ Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 N. Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Friday the 20th day of January, 1961, at 8:00 P. M. The follolf.Lng members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Shields, McGee, and Reinecke, and the following were absent: None Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 414 BE IT RESOLVED by t he Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, ahearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apport- ionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 was held on December 6, 1960 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 were amended as provided, at an adjourned meeting on Dece mber 14, 1960, by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office oftlle County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 29, 1960 and \mEREAS: the since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have b een divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County reauires that ~pportionment of the original assessment against mch original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the VillaBe of Roseville, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the ounty Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, comJilEmcing with an assess- ment to be collected in the Year, 1961, and thereafter. NO\\T THEREl<uRE, the VillaEe Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 and as amended as of December 14, 1960 against the following described properties:
