Letter from Metropolitan Council, regarding funding for the Twin Cities <br />Water Quality Initiative (TCQI) Grant Program. <br />4. Fish & Wildlife Today, Spring 1996, "Lake" scaping for fish and wildlife. <br />5. Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, Water BilZBoard, January <br />1996 <br />6. The Conservation Mentor, Winter 1996 <br />7. Land and Water Conservation, January 1996 <br />8. Letter from the Minnesota Board. of Water & Soil Resources, Priority <br />Schedule for Second Generation Plans, WMO Annual Report Summary, <br />December 1995. <br />C-2 The Board reviewed the following letters sent by the GLWMO since the <br />meeting of February 1, 1996: <br />1.
