Memorandum dated 6/27/96 from the Minnesota Board. of Water and Soil <br />Resources addressing Wetland Regulation of Public Road Projects: <br />Guidance and Simplification. <br />3. Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, Water Bi1lBoard, June <br />1996. <br />4. Memorandum dated 7/17/96 from BRW, Inc., regarding Wetland and <br />Stormwater Issues form Reconstruction. of Highway 96. <br />C-2 The Board reviewed the following letters sent by the GLWMO since the <br />meeting of Apri125, 1996: <br />None sent. <br />D. REPORTS <br />D-1 Marty Rye, Engineering Consultant from SEH, presented the quarterly report to <br />the Board.- He suggested bringing the Public Education Draft Plan to the October <br />meeting. <br />Meyer moved to accept the Consultant's. Report and to add the Public Education <br />Draft Plan to the October meeting; Roessler seconded. <br />Ayes: Roessler, Meyer, Kokko. Nays: None. <br />
