Ayes: Roberts, Meyer, Smith, and Olson. Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Roessler. <br />A-2 Staff reports on pending matters. <br />1. Keel of Roseville reported on new developments within Roseville affecting <br />the GLWMO including: <br />a. School District property redevelopment at Owasso/Western/bale <br />Chair directed staff to send the GLWMO agenda packet of the January <br />30, 1995, meeting which contains more information regazding the school <br />district property to Roessler. <br />b. Harstead Development-adjacent to school district property <br />c. County Road C pathway project. <br />d. Central Park Elementary School expansion <br />2. Maloney of Shoreview reported on new developments within Shoreview <br />affecting the GLWMO including: <br />
