Letters and General Information <br />C-I The Board reviewed the following letters received by the GLWMO since the last <br />meeting: <br />1. Letter from Bruce Sandstrom, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, <br />regarding 1995 Legislation, Planning Grants and Keel's FAX reply. <br />2. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources-"WaterTalk" <br />3. Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources-"Water BiIlBoard" <br />4. Minnesota Board of Water and. Soil Resources-"The Conservation Mentor" <br />C-2 The Board reviewed the following letters sent by the GLWb40 since the last meeting: <br />Letter to Steven Sarkozy, Roseville City Manager-Grass Lake Water <br />Management Organization update and budget request. <br />D. REPORTS <br />D-1 Executive Summary-Lake Management Plans <br />Marty Rye, engineering. consultant from SEH, reviewed the executive summary ofthe <br />Lake Owasso, Lake Wabasso, and Snail Lake management plans. Joel Schilling, the <br />project manager for the lake management plans, provided answers to technical <br />questions. <br />
