REPORTS <br />D-1 Executive Summary-Lake Management Plans <br />Marty Rye, engineering. consultant from SEH, reviewed the executive summary ofthe <br />Lake Owasso, Lake Wabasso, and Snail Lake management plans. Joel Schilling, the <br />project manager for the lake management plans, provided answers to technical <br />questions. <br />
