This letter shall serve as a supplemental letter agreement in accordance ~~ith our Standard Agreement dated June 6,1988. It is assumed that the project will be completed as a City of Roseville improvement. Method of Compensation For the preparation of the plans and specifications, construction-related activities and miscellaneous services as identified in the attached work plan (Attachment A), you will pay us on an hourly basis. Compensation will be based on the hourly cost of personnel plus reimbursable expenses, including reproductions, mileage and equipment utilization. The estimated cost for the project is 515,000. When 90 percent of the budget has been spent, we will stop ~~ork and discuss the status of the project with you. At that time, the basis for completing the work will be determined. A breakdoti-n of costs is attached (Attachment B). Schedule We will start our services immediatel}-. We understand that bids should be received in time for the Januarv Board meeting.
