Box 224 <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br />Dear Nick.: <br />As previously discussed, the completion date for the above referenced project shall be amended <br />from the Project Manual., dated January 25, 1995, as follows. <br />"Pond excavation may begin, with the permission of the City, in late fall/early <br />winter, when frozen conditions will best facilitate access to the site with construction <br />equipment. Pond excavation shall be completed on or before February 15, 1996. <br />Restoration shall be completed by June 1, 1996." <br />Please notify the City or me at least three (3) weeks in advance of your projected starting date this <br />fall. <br />Enclosed please find your copies of the conformed contract. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at 490-2028. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mark L.
