Letters and General Information <br />C-1 The Board reviewed the following letters received by the GLWMO since the last <br />meeting: <br />1. Lake Owasso Homeowners Association-notice of meeting on Apri127, 1995. <br />2. Letter from Chuck Sheared requesting changes to the elevation in the wetland <br />located north of County Road C just east of Lexington Avenue. <br />Board directed staffto write to Mr. Sheared informing him that this request is <br />not consistent with Board's policies and would not be a cost effective project. <br />3. Letter from Randy Anhorn, Metropolitan Council, included with areport- <br />"A Study of the Water Quality of 51 Metropolitan Area Lakes." <br />Board directed staff to send copies of this report to Smith, Meyer, Jeff, and <br />Olson. <br />4. Ramsey County DNR permit application for the placement of a sand. blanket <br />along the shoreline of Snail Lake with the Regional Park. <br />5.
