New developments/projects within Roseville affecting the GLWMO: <br />a. School district redevelopment-Owasso/Western/Dale <br />With `the exception of the final lift of asphalt, the majority of the roadway and utility <br />work has been completed. New homes continue to be constructed throughout the` <br />winter. Special care will betaken during the spring thaw to ensure that soils disturbed <br />during the winter are stabilized and erosion is minimized. <br />b. Kettler Development-County Road C/Dale Street <br />This development consists of the construction of two short public cul-de-sacs to serve <br />new townfiomes to be constructed on the southwest corner of County Road `C and <br />Dale Street:: The approved plan includes two NIJRP stormwater basins to address <br />-both water duality and water duantity issues. Construction has begun on the model <br />adjacent to-Dale Street.. It is expected that roadway and utility construction will begin <br />early in May 1996: Plans will include provisions for erosion control. <br />c. Acorn Park re~radin~ <br />As part of Roseville's park improvement program; a large portion of Acorn Park will <br />` be redeveloped. This redevelopment`includessite regrading, construction of new <br />bituminous and boardwalk trails, new parking facilities, and anew ball field. Acorn <br />Park' is located between Rice Street and Western Avenue south of County Road C <br />Work will resume in approximately May 1996 and be completed by late fall 1996. All <br />construction plans will include provisions for erosion control." <br />d. Roseville street reconstruction` <br />As part of it annual Pavement Management Program, the City: of Roseville will <br />reconstruct approximately 4.5 miles of roadway in 1996. The -only roadway, <br />construction within GLWMO is Transit Avenue just east of Dale Street. This short <br />
