Ayes:. 3 Nays: 0 <br />The Board tabled the motion to elect Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer for 1997 until full <br />membership. <br />Meyer moved the approval of the Robert Rules of Order. <br />Rensch seconded. Ayes: 3 Nayes: 0 <br />Approval of Minutes: July 26, 1996 & October 24, 1996 <br />Meyer moved the approval of the Minutes for the Meeting of July 26, 1996. <br />(previously tabled at meeting of 10/24/96). <br />Rensch seconded.
