The appointed Board <br />Member will represent Roseville and fill an unexpired term expiring on December 31, 1999. Applicants <br />must be residents. of Roseville. The Grass Lake Water Management Organization includes the area in and <br />around Lake Owasso, generally east of Hamline Avenue and north of Highway 36. <br />The Board meets quarterly.
