<br />Resolution No. ..l!.L. <br /> <br />Arlopted ,Tanuary 6, 1953 <br /> <br />Resolution Approppriating F1mds to the Payment of Principal <br />and Interest on Fire and Street Equipment Certificates of <br />Indebtedness. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has heretofore authorized the issu~nce of ;$38,000.00 <br /> <br />Certificates of Indebtedness, and <br /> <br />lv.J}mREAS, the law requires the levy of a tax sufficient to meet principal <br /> <br />and interest requirements as they become due, plus and additional 5%, and <br /> <br />\vHEREAS, no tax levy made in the year 19 3 will be collectible in time <br /> <br />to meet principal and interest re(l'Jirements on January 2, 1954, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, 'lE I'l' RESOLVED by the VillaGe Council of the Village of <br /> <br />f{oseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. There is hereby appropriated f'rom the Liquor Fund of the Village <br />the sum of $(,000.00 to the Sinking Fund heretofore created for the <br />payment of Principal and interest on the Fire and Street Equipment <br />Certificates of Indebtedness. <br /> <br />2. Said appropriation shall be irrevocable if at the time when all <br />principal and interest of said CertificRtes of Indebtedness shall have <br />been p:>irl there rem8ins an'T 1mexpended ba.lance in '?aid Sinking Fund, <br />said h?lance shall be transferred to then replace the s"ms hereby pledged. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
