~r~~~ <br />ti~aterShed Partners <br />Evaluation Goal/objectives/Strategies <br />oal <br />Evaluation ofWaterShed Partner programs, projects, processes and overall effectiveness shall be <br />integrated into the work of the organization, and shall be used to inform future Partner activities. <br />b'ective <br />1) Evalrration team will provide ongoing oversight to evaluation procedures. <br />Strategy 1: Form and convene team composed of Watershed Partners. Sept, `97. <br />Strategy 2: Review existing evaluation mechanisms; modify as needed. Oct, `97. <br />Strategy 3: Identify new evaluation mechanisms to pursue based on Partners expertise and <br />expert consultation; establish steps for implementing. Nov, `97. <br />2) 100% of Watershed tent/exhibit ~rsc~f•s will complete event survey form following use. Survey <br />- to include information on diversity of events and audiences, appropriateness of event/venue, usage <br />patterns, #s of visits, condition of equipment, satisfaction with exhibits effectiveness, etc. <br />Strategy l: Initial survey is developed and implemented. July, `97; ongoing. <br />Strategy 2: Existing event survey form is reviewed and modified as necessary by <br />evaluation team. <br />Strategy 3: Evaluation mechanism shall include demographic analysis, quantitative and <br />qualitative measures. <br />3) Watershed teftt/exhibit visitors shall be surveyed as to learning outcomes from exhibit <br />experience. <br />Strategy 1: Entrance/exit surveys ~,vill be conducted of bVaterShed visitors. Sept., `97. <br />Strategy 2: Interactive computer-based evaluation will be developed and implemented for <br />Watershed.
