RESOLUTION VACATING STREETS WHEREAS, the petition dated January 23, 1961 of a majority of the owners of real property abutting upon the streets hereinafter mentioned, requesting the Village Council to vacate the said streets according to law, was duly filed with the Village Council, and said Council met on February 24, 1961 at 8:00 P. M. in the place specified in a notice duly published and posted as required by law and heard all interested persons; and lmEREAS, the hearing was continued until the next meeting of the Council, on March 3, 1961 at 8:00 P. M.; and WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the interest of the public that said streets be vacated, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, as follows: 1. That the following streets in the Village of Roseville, as the same are now dedicated and laid out, be and the same hereby are, vacated and discontinued as public streets: 1. Arona Street from Ryan Avenue to Skillman Avenue; 2. Skillman Avenue from Snelling Drive to a point 50 feet west of the center line of Asbury Street; 3. Skillman Avenue from a point 50 feet east of the center line of Asbury Street to a point 4 feet west of the East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23 West; 4. Shryer Avenue from Arona Street to a point 4 feet west of the East line of the South- west Quarter (SW~) of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23 West; 5. Pascal Avenue from Burke Avenue to Eldridge Avenue; 6. Pascal Avenue between Belmont Avenue (for- merly Barnard Avenue) and Skillman Avenue; 7. The West 26 feet of Pascal Avenue between Skillman Avenue and Shryer Avenue;
