Meet at 5:00 PM at the District office 1902 E. County Road B, Maplewood This tour is planned to provide the Managers and Committee members a chance to view projects and problem opportunity sites and have a chance to discuss issues in a casual field setting. City Council Members, staff, City Commission Members and interested District committee members and residents are invited to join the Board to view and discuss projects and. issues. We intend to have a school bus for transportation. Box dinners and beverages will be provided. Please RSVP to the District Office by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, July 1. 5:00 P.M. I. MEET IN THE DISTRICT OFFICE PARKING LOT **** If you can't make it to the District Office by 5:00 join acs at Lake Gervais (toaar stop #1).We should be at this location from aboaat 5:30 - 6:00 **** 5:10 P.M. II. TOUR The exact route is not set except for the first stop. Remaining stops and the order will depend on site conditions and stages of construction activity. Stops will include: 1. Gervais Lake Shoreline Restoration Pr ~~ecr North end of Lake Gervais at the corner of Keller Pkwy. and Arcade Street. 2. Permit Site Inspection . Will include inspection of one or two projects under District permit. Staff will discuss how we conduct inspections and the process followed for inspections and enforcement. 3. Tour and Orientation to the Soaathern Part of the District for the Natural Resources Board. 4. Tanners Lake Water Qacality Project. Inspect the completed project sites and flood prone properties. S. Battle Creek Watershed proposed Capitol Improvements. View sites proposed for Capital Lnprovements near Battle Creek Lake and discuss issues and timing. 9:00 P.M. III.
