In addition, the Board has adopted the Roberts Rules of Order for conducting <br />GLWMO Business. <br />In 1998, the Roseville Council adopted a policy requiring that all organizations that have the ability to <br />spend funds contributed from Roseville record their meetings. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that <br />the public is able to review all decisions that impact the expenditure of tax dollars.
