Maloney: <br />This letter is to inform you that the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), in <br />cooperation with other resource agencies, is now accepting grant proposals for nonpoint <br />source implementation and restoration projects under Section 319 of the Ciean Water <br />Act. The goal of this program is to restore, protect, and improve the water quality of <br />Minnesota's water resources by implementing nonpoint source po11_ution control <br />measures that have been identified in the 1994 Nonpoint Source Management Program <br />and Minnesota's Ciean Water Action Plan. <br />Grant applications are due to the MPCA by April 28, 1999. Enclosed you will find a <br />copy of the grant application and a brief explanation on the program.
