In <br />addition to the research and findings reported here, the project <br />produced a video on the various methods by which Minnesota <br />watershed organizations may be formed and organized. Trainings <br />were also conducted for nearly 300 staff and board members from <br />local watershed organizations. Training incorporated the "Signs of <br />Success" self-evaluation system developed by Dr. Cheryl Contant <br />(University of Iowa) and colleagues. <br />~`' <br />
