A NAG A A'I' N <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />September 16, 1999 <br />ROLL CALL: Members present: Tom Landwehr <br />James Stark <br />Gene Soderbeck <br />Jeff Roessler <br />Kent Kokko <br />Staff present: Karl Keel -Roseville <br />Mark Maloney -Shoreview <br />Consultant present: Karen Chandler -Barr <br />A. <br />ORGANIZATIONAL ITEMS <br />A-1 Approval of Minutes of July 22, 1999 <br />Landwehr moved to approve the Minutes of July 22, 1999 <br />Roessler seconded. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 <br />A-2 Staff Reports on Major Construction Projects affection GLWMO: <br />1. Keei of Roseville reported that easements have been secured for the pretreatment pond <br />proposed at the end of Woodlynn Avenue. The project will include both a large <br />sediment sump manhole and atwo-cell pond. Construction will begin shortly and be <br />completed this construction season. <br />2. Maloney of Shoreview reported on the TH 96 reconstruction project. Of issue is the <br />removal of sediment deposited by the project in Snail Lake. There is some concern that <br />dredging of the deposited sediment will cause damage the lakebed. Also, Ramsey <br />County is beginning planning for the reconstruction of TH 96 east of Rice Street. This <br />project is approximately '/z in GLWMO and 'h in VLWMO (Vadnais Lake Watershed <br />Management Organization). <br />B. <br />CO SPONDENCE ~i GENERAL INFO TION <br />B-1 The Board reviewed the following correspondence received by the GLWMO prior to the <br />meeting of July 22, 1999: <br />1.
