GRASS LAKE WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: 10/28/99 <br />Prepared by: Karl Keel <br />Item: A-3 <br />Organizational Items <br />Item Description: Approval of Tentative 2000 GLWMO Board Meeting Dates <br />The Grass Lake Water Management Organization typically meets quarterly on the fourth Thursday of the <br />month. If agreeable to the Board, a similar schedule will remain in effect for 2000, with the meeting dates <br />scheduled as follows: <br />Thursday, January 27, 2000 <br />Thursday, Apri127, 2000 <br />Thursday, July 27, 2000 <br />Thursday, October 26, 2000 <br />Roseville will provide the lead technical staff support for the GLWMO in 2000. The location of the <br />quarterly meetings will remain at the City of Roseville. All meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m. <br />As previously discussed with the Board, additional special meetings may be scheduled to guide the <br />development of the Organization's 2°d Generation Plan. <br />RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION: <br />Motion setting the 2000 GLWMO meeting dates and location of the meetings. <br />MOVE: <br />SECOND: <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />
