This date also coincides with the start of the MAWD Annual
Meeting & Trade Show. Both are separate events and require separate registra-
tion.
We have scheduled the drainage seminar in this time frame to allow managers and
staff who may also be attending the Annual Meeting to take advantage of this full
day drainage seminar. By piggy-backing on the Annual Meeting, those who
would like to attend a drainage seminar can do so at this time, instead of making
a separate commitment.
This one day seminar is designed to provide drainage authorities and their key
partners with a solid foundation in drainage law and procedure. Kurt Deter,
partner with the Rinke-Noonan Law Firm in St. Cloud, MN, will be the seminar
presenter. His practice concentrates on water-related issues, including drainage
and wetland issues. This senunar is open to all drainage authorities and their key
partners.
See page 6 for further details.
